Abundant Life Family Services is actively seeking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) candidates to develop, evaluate and implement therapy plans and function as part of an interdisciplinary treatment/educational team serving our 3-5 program in Philadelphia and surrounding counties. ALFS values responding to the ever-changing needs of those we serve. We provide comprehensive services within a wide array of diverse settings which allows our team members experience within our community, childcare centers, and private homes. Potential qualified Registered Behavior Technicians will have experience working with children who require services within the 3-5 age group.
As a professional Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you would be providing one-on-one behavioral intervention services to reduce maladaptive behaviors in the home and/or community setting.

- Must have a Bachelor's Degree
- 40 hour RBT Training and/or Certificate from the Board after you have passed test
Job description:
● Implement clinical service delivery goals consistent with overall agency goals and policy/procedures.
● Complete all required training for state and local licenses, certifications, clearances, and formal training.
● Follow the treatment plan goals and interventions.
● Work within a group to develop internal systems to improve or ensure quality services.
● Maintain quality documentation of clinical service delivery.
● Establish and maintain professional relationships with consumers, their families, payers, community support service representatives, co-workers and other agencies
● Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships by pairing self as a reinforcing entity and building the value of social interaction between the client and the RBT.
● Implement interventions effectively based upon the treatment plan and behavior management plan as developed by the Behavior Consultant and/or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
