Responsibilities:
- Working 1:1 with learners with autism under the supervision of a BCBA
- Implementing ABA strategies and techniques to increase skill acquisition and reduce interfering behaviors
- Writing accurate and detailed session notes
- Collecting data to track learners' progress
- Assisting in identifying goals for learners on assigned cases
- Maintaining effective communication with team members and supervisor

Qualifications:
- RBT certification (preferred but not required)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience implementing ABA strategies
