Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize all aspects of the company’s Amazon presence, including product listings, sales, site management, and order fulfillment.
• Implement and execute strategies to enhance product rankings, drive sales, and maximize profitability on the Amazon platform.
• Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Amazon sales, making data-driven decisions to meet or exceed targets.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inventory management, pricing, and promotional strategies on Amazon.
• Stay up-to-date with Amazon's policies and changes, implementing best practices and ensuring compliance.
• Improve product content, images, and reviews to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and implement SEO strategies to boost product discoverability.
• Ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment processes.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts, with a track record of optimizing sales and revenue.
• In-depth knowledge of Amazon's marketplace, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Full-time, on-site position based in Buffalo.
• Understanding of Amazon's A9 algorithm is a plus.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
