The Ecommerce Business Specialist will assist the Ecommerce team in the execution of strategies within Ecommerce and on Amazon. Working closely with the VP and Director of Ecommerce, you will develop into an Ecommerce expert, including understanding shopping behaviors, competitor landscape, and the right sales conversion levers to pull. Utilizing analytics/reporting, the Specialist will ensure our products are optimized to generate high conversion and hit sales goals, while keeping an elevated image and accurate reflection of Drive’s brand. Additionally, this role will require working successfully cross-functionally with the Marketing and Product Management teams by influencing new and adaptive strategies, while driving results. Being successful in this role requires a strong sense of curiosity, adaptability, and self-motivated drive to succeed.
Main Activities/Responsibilities:
- Support Ecommerce and Amazon’s overall business with product launches and promotional campaign execution via end-to-end project management.
- For Search: product catalog management, SEO and content score card reporting.
- For Advertising and Marketing: work with marketing to provide input in creating and optimizing AMS and DSP campaigns.
- Ecommerce Support: monitor and maintain the Ecommerce and MAP program, effectively communicate the overall program and benefit.
- Maintain PDP by ensuring Drive rises above competition, align product merges and monitor 3P content changes by reviewing content scores.
- Gain insight into the levers of marketplace algorithms to achieve sales rank improvements, along with understanding of shopping behaviors.
- Coordinate with marketing team to develop assets (A+, text, images, infographics, etc.) necessary for the enhancement of product/brand representation.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to develop product promo strategy.
- Provide Sales reporting and recommendations based on competitive landscape, market share and POS.
- Maintain the Ecommerce and MAP mailboxes.
- Assist Ecommerce Account Manager for ad hoc projects.

Reporting Relationships and Supervision:
- Reports to the Vice President - Ecommerce Division
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 1 year experience
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau and/or Stackline a plus.
- Knowledge of selling on Amazon.com, both as a brand (1P/Vendor Central) and as a marketplace (3P/Seller Central) a plus
- Advanced Excel Skills: formulation, macros, reporting, etc.
- Experience working with online customers and marketplaces.
