Description

The E-Commerce Sales Account Executive is responsible for maintaining effective customer support and internal sales for the direct-to-consumer E-Commerce Team. This position will become the product knowledge expert ensuring end customers and partners have a positive and successful Abbyson experience from start to finish.

Core Responsibilities

  • Cross-functional Communication and Collaboration
  • Become Knowledgeable in All Lines of Abbyson Product
  • Web Chat Customer Experience
  • Internal Sales (designers, stagers, eCommerce customers, etc.)
  • Customer Support and Acquisition

Essential Functions

  • Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support
  • Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  • Working with B2C sales team when closing sale
  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and B2C sales metrics
  • Maintaining database through CRM of prospective customer and/or client information
  • Closing sales and working with customer through closing process

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Communication or equivalent. (Preferred) 
  • 3-5 years’ experience in outbound/inbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience
  • Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers over phone and web chat
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred
