We are seeking an E-Commerce Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's online presence and driving its success in the digital marketplace. This role requires a strategic mindset, technical proficiency, and a customer-centric approach to ensure a seamless and profitable e-commerce experience.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with overall business goals.
• Oversee the design, functionality, and content of the e-commerce website.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
• Implement best practices for website navigation, product listings, and checkout processes.
• Coordinate product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Work closely with product teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information is available online.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversion.
• Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tactics to enhance online visibility.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize marketing efforts.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve and exceed them.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and sales trends.
• Generate regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay informed about e-commerce technologies and recommend upgrades or enhancements.
• Manage relationships with e-commerce platform providers and other relevant vendors.

What will make you successful here:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce management, with a track record of driving online sales.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
• Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
