The E-Commerce Senior Manager will oversee and manage the online sales and marketing activities of the Tastes of Chicago e-commerce business which is run by the Lou Malnatis company. This includes developing and implementing strategies to grow the business, increase customer engagement, promote products and optimize the online experience. This role will partner with IT to manage the e-commerce platform and technology, and the Director of Marketing for Lou Malnatis to ensure shared strategy in driving the online DTC business for respective target audiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategy to drive the brand, customer acquisition, retention, and drive overall sales performance.
Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns and partner with channel teams to execute digital marketing strategy across channels including, but not limited to, PPC, SEO, email, social.
Develop and execute online sales forecast and partner with operations team on inventory planning and profitability targets.
QA all marketing deliverables, and ensure campaigns are completed within schedule.
Develop content calendar and manage website, landing page and product updates.
Track and monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, provide actionable insights and key learnings to drive future performance.
Ensure the customer journey across digital touchpoints is optimal to drive conversion.
Ensure the e-commerce store is updated with new products and promotionsbased on customer insights, trends and opportunity areas to optimize sales and margin.
Work closely with operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
In partnership with IT, assess and identify website performance opportunities considering re-platform and ensuring optimal mobile capabilities.
Maintain the integrity of the e-commerce brand image and consistency of voice across multiple channels to ensure brand stays top of mind.
Proven track record developing and overseeing retail and eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies and implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels.
Excels at traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimization, customer journey optimization, attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management.
Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis.
Creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments, and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
Strong balance between left and right brain creative, resourceful, curious and capable of digging into data to identify opportunities and assess impact of sales and initiatives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years prior e-commerce/retail experience in a similar role as an individual contributor and managing cross-functional partners.
