The Role:
Bally’s Corporation has two rapidly growing sports content brands, Stadium and Bally Live. Stadium is an interactive sports network (OTT, Digital, Mobile) with a unique mix of high-end produced linear sports content and full fan interactivity via chat, games, rewards, and more. Bally Live (Digital, Mobile) is a destination to watch live sports like MiLB, Poker, PFL, and more with the same interactivity focus as Stadium. Both brands share a rewards program and user authentication.
The E-Commerce Manager is the subject matter expert responsible for the strategic and operational aspects of the Stadium and Bally Live e-commerce sites (Shopify hosted). This role will manage the e-commerce platform, develop and implement strategies to drive online revenue growth, and optimize the customer experience. The E-Commerce Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience and achieve business objectives. This role will also manage prizing fulfillment across the Stadium and Bally Live rewards program and contests/sweeps.
Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce Strategy Development: Develop and execute an effective e-commerce strategy aligned with the organization's goals, including revenue targets, customer acquisition, retention, and overall online presence.
- E-Commerce Platform Management: Oversee the e-commerce platform, including website maintenance, product catalog management, pricing, and promotions. Ensure the platform is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
- Online Sales Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze online sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase conversion rates, average order value, and overall sales revenue.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Ensure a seamless and enjoyable online shopping experience for customers.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), social media advertising, and other relevant channels to drive promotion and sales.
- Maintain accurate product availability, manage stock levels, and coordinate order fulfillment and delivery to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce, such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the Director of Loyalty and Community to integrate rewards or sponsor initiatives.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Manage all prizing fulfillment - manage inventory, prizing verticals and budget for prizing on the rewards program and contests/sweeps.
- Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of experience as an e-Commerce Manager
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing tools
- Expert in Shopify is a requirement
- Proficiency in web analytics and reporting tools
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement e-commerce strategies that drive revenue growth
- Understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and other digital marketing channels
- Knowledge of customer experience best practices and user interface design principles.
- Familiarity with online payment systems and security standards
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving landscape

Salary Range:
- $65,000- $85,000 Annual Salary
