We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our online retail presence. The E-commerce Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience, and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
- Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of customer orders.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize shipping processes and minimize delivery times.
Customer Support:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns related to online purchases.
- Work closely with customer support teams to resolve issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bahelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Proven experience in e-commerce administration or a similar role.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
