The E-Commerce Associate will work alongside the E-Commerce team and will be responsible for managing the order process from start to finish
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect accurate information about product and write customer-facing copy for each product's description
- Ensure accuracy of physical product to imagery (inclusive of color, condition, etc.)
- Manage all order fulfillment, including locating and pulling inventory from stock room(s) and communicating with US retail locations regarding double-exposed SKUs
- Check orders for accuracy in price, customer information, SKU information, shipping information, etc. and create shipping labels for all orders
- Communicate shipping and tracking information to necessary departments as needed
- Assist with all returns and work directly with E-Commerce Coordinator to return SKUs to stock
- Assist E-Commerce Coordinator with inventory control, store transfers, receiving and ticketing inventory, and organizing and maintaining stock room(s) as needed
- Regular audit of website to make sure products are live and appear up to WGACA standards
- Assist with responding to customer issues (via email and phone) and store requests
