Job Overview

This position requires a high energy, positive entrepreneur and fun team player who can collaborate cross-functionally. This role entails overseeing the day to day operations of our e-commerce website including implementing marketing strategies and product management for the Business-to-Business and Direct-to-Consumer (B2B/DTC) line of business in the North American market to drive revenue and growth.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee current e-commerce websites for North America (US and Canada)
  • Perform and oversee daily e-commerce operations, including but not limited to:

Ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date (descriptions, images, SEO and pricing, etc.)

Monitoring customer reviews & ratings

Support the customer care team on resolving incoming inquiries

Review site performance and analytics


  • Utilize multiple reporting and analytical applications such as GA4, Clarity, Power BI and Hubspot
  • Analyze site and sales performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Liaise with IT and Product team to report technical issues and testing of improvements and new features
  • Support the B2B Account Management team with product and program launches
  • Develop digital materials to increase customer satisfaction and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Support in executing e-commerce marketing strategies
  • When needed, assist in creating engaging content for website pages to encourage participation and product sales.
Requirements:

Desired Qualifications

  • Qualifications in marketing, communication or a related field.
  • 2-3 years paid experience in an E-commerce role.
  • Experience with E-commerce framework.
  • Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and HubSpot preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in nurturing customers using marketing analytics.
  • Ability to think independently yet work in a close-knit team.
  • Excellent writing skills across a range of mediums.
  • Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills
  • A demonstrated interest in sustainable/green business
