Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the company's e-commerce website, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory levels

-Input and process new inventory into system

-Enter product data

-Manage inventory and ensure accurate counts of all inventory
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior, to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales
- Optimize product descriptions and images for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve visibility and organic rankings
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including email and live chat
- Process online orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and shipment of products
- Assist in managing online promotions and sales campaigns

-Creating and managing all product collections
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to identify new opportunities for growth

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of retail math principles to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
- Previous experience in eCommerce sales or retail sales is highly preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Proven ability to upsell products and maximize sales opportunities
- Knowledge of stock management principles to ensure accurate inventory levels
- Experience with Shopify is a plus
- Experience in eCommerce management is required
