We are currently looking for a:
Dutch Wonderland Guest Experience Agent
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner!
- Assist guests as they enter the park by performing duties such as: collecting admission tickets, scanning tickets and passes, and answering simple guest questions.
- Assist guests as they exit the park by performing duties such as: tracking of the number of guests that leave, stamping hands of guests who wish to return, thank guests for coming and wishing them a wonderful night.
- Ensuring that Dutch Wonderland rental items do not leave the park. These include strollers, wheelchairs, and ECV.
- Assist guests with questions, concerns and suggestions
- Run POS for guests to purchase tickets or season passes
- Maintain guest flow at various shows and events throughout the park
- Light clerical activities such as answering phones and filing
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in difficult situations
- Ability to work in various climates
- Ability to stand for extended period of time
- Ability to work weekends and some holidays
- Must be at least 16 years of age to comply with Pennsylvania Child Labor Laws
