dump truck driver/laborer

Grade Werks Excavating is a small local excavation business located in Battle Ground, WA that mainly works in the public sector in underground utilities.

We are looking for a qualified and motivated individual with their class A cdl to drive dump truck and be willing to get dirty and help with our other tasks, such as loading and unloading of equipment, underground utility installation, demolition, grading etc. You will mainly be driving to the rock pit and delivering to job sites, and moving equipment from site to site. We have multiple types of trucks including solo, super solo and truck and pup.

Requirements:

1 year with class A cdl

Experience driving 10 spd, 13 spd, 18 spd manual trucks

Clean driving record

Be punctual, professional and on time

Proficient in navigating routes to multiple different sites

Preferred qualifications:

Ability to operate heavy equipment (you will be loading equipment onto the trailer and moving them from site to site. also loading yourself with loader or excavator)

Schedule:

40-50+ hours a week

Monday- friday and occasional weekend work

All of our work is located in the pacific northwest

Paid major holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
