CDL Driver (Class B) - Dump Truck

Company Description: Perma-Structo, Inc. is a poured wall contractor providing foundations in the Residential and light Commercial construction. We have been serving Southeast Wisconsin since 1965. Our company has 3 divisions and employs 35 individuals.To continue our growth and success, we are looking to add another Dump Truck Driver. A Dump Truck Driver is a critical piece to our process as stone is used in all phases. We look forward to finding a qualified individual and willing to enhance their growth, as well as ours.

Job Description: As stated, a Dump Truck Driver is a key part of the company’s process. In today’s fast-past industry, projects are required to be finished in a short amount of time. Like most construction companies, hours worked daily can vary based on projects, weather conditions, & other job related schedules (normal hours could include, but not limited to 6AM-4PM M-F). This job position requires physical work and truck driving will be local, no over-the-road. As a family owned & operated company, we prioritize family first. We are flexible with our employees and are willing to work with your schedule. Along with hours, the following is a list of Essential & Non-Essential Functions:

Essential Functions:

· CDL Class B License Required

· Must have a good driving record and is safety conscience on the job/driving

· Be able to perform basic labor and construction duties when required

· Have good communication skills and able to work with employees on the job

· Must have knowledge and able to perform all duties including shifting, braking and off-road driving

*Non-Essential Functions:

· Mechanical Knowledge in Heavy Machinery (Trucks)

Hourly Rate: Hourly rates vary on the individual’s experience, knowledge, and driving record. Wage based on the individual’s credentials. Along with wage rates, we offer a compensation package that is considered the best in our industry. A list of the compensations are as follows:

· After 90 days, you are eligible for health, dental & vision insurance. We pay a large portion of your monthly health insurance premiums.

· After 180 days, you are available for holiday pay. We pay for 6 holidays in a year.

· After 1 year, you will be given 40 hours of vacation pay.

· After 1 year, we contribute 3% towards your 401(k) plan. No matching required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
