Garbage Truck Driver

Trash On Trucks is looking for Class B CDL drivers. Candidates will operate a Garbage Truck to collect refuse and recyclable materials on a designated route and dispose of materials at designated transfer or landfill stations. Our fleet has manual side loading trucks. The driver will have to get out of the truck and put the container in the designated arm to be hoisted into the openings of the refuse truck. No lazy bones need apply. Our customers are our friends and family, therefore we expect any applicant to be ready to operate at our high standards. This means containers stay curbside, not street-side, containers will be left upright with lids properly closed and not tipped over spewing trash down the street, and without blocking driveways or traffic.

Candidates must be able to effectively communicate with the leadership team concerning delays, unsafe routes, accidents, and equipment breakdowns, and most importantly- CARE ABOUT OUR COMMUNITY.

Trash On Trucks operates graffiti painted trucks, resulting in happy kids in windows and excited customers. Our reputation is of the utmost importance, as we are a growing company and making a BIG statement. Must have a valid Class A or B CDL and an up to date Medical Card. Previous experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
