### Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in providing support and care to individuals with diverse needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. ### Duties: - Assist individuals with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration. - Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals. - Assist with transportation to appointments, community outings, and recreational activities. - Implement individualized care plans and document progress. - Promote independence and encourage individuals to participate in social and recreational activities. - Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals. ### Requirements: - Previous experience in Direct Support or related field is a plus. - Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is desirable. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
