Your role in our mission
- Contacts pharmacy and medical providers to verify claims data
- Contacts drug manufacturers for information on disputed rebates
- Researches disputed pharmaceutical utilization to prepare Drug Rebate resolution proposals
- Negotiates with drug manufacturers to resolve disputes fairly and accurately
- Completes required productivity tracking reports
- Tracks and prioritizes dispute resolution activities on an ongoing basis
- Reviews and resolves invoices in assigned work flow queues on a daily basis
- Follows up with drug manufacturers to secure payment for unpaid invoices
- Interacts with internal and external customers to accomplish goals
- Other tasks as directed
What we're looking for
- Experience with Medicaid Drug Rebates, Medical/Pharmacy claims processing, Pharmacy and/or medical billing is highly preferred
- PRIMS, SSRS Reports, Process Manager, or other rebate systems
- MS Office Suite, PDF Editing Software (Adobe, Nitro Pro, PDF Escape)

- Hours – M-F 8:00 am CT to 4:30 pm CT
The pay range for this position is $33,500.00 - $47,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
