Your role in our mission

• Contacts pharmacy and medical providers to verify claims data
• Contacts drug manufacturers for information on disputed rebates
• Researches disputed pharmaceutical utilization to prepare Drug Rebate resolution proposals
• Negotiates with drug manufacturers to resolve disputes fairly and accurately
• Completes required productivity tracking reports
• Tracks and prioritizes dispute resolution activities on an ongoing basis
• Reviews and resolves invoices in assigned work flow queues on a daily basis
• Follows up with drug manufacturers to secure payment for unpaid invoices
• Interacts with internal and external customers to accomplish goals
• Other tasks as directed

What we're looking for

• Experience with Medicaid Drug Rebates, Medical/Pharmacy claims processing, Pharmacy and/or medical billing is highly preferred
• PRIMS, SSRS Reports, Process Manager, or other rebate systems
• MS Office Suite, PDF Editing Software (Adobe, Nitro Pro, PDF Escape)

What you should expect in this role

• This position is remote work.
• Hours – M-F 8:00 am CT to 4:30 pm CT

The pay range for this position is $33,500.00 - $47,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
