Rebate Bus aims to deliver simplified utility rebate application processing. We are a customer-focused company who aim to provide our clients with the support required to facilitate the adoption of energy-efficient products. Our database hosts over 17,000 rebate measures across North America including LED lighting, smart thermostats, HVAC, and kitchen equipment.

We are hiring a full-time Data Analyst to work with our existing data team to assist in compiling available energy incentive datasets for our database. This position will involve working with outside clients and with other Rebate Bus employees to promote energy efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database design, analytics, and business analysis.

Knowledge of the energy efficiency industry is preferred, but not a requirement, we would be happy to teach you everything you need to know!

Responsibilities:

· Review and parse utility program documentation

· Manage data renewal cycle

· Communicate with clients and utility companies as necessary for data changes

· Analyze utility rebate incentive data and upload changes in internal database

· Provide QA and QC testing on internal data sets

· Work with data team to create and distribute project scoping reports

Required Skills/Qualifications:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and Adobe

· Qualitative analysis

· Ability to remain organized and to prioritize tasks

· Professionalism with clients and other team members

Preferred Qualifications:

· Associates or bachelor’s degree in any discipline

· Utility or energy efficiency experience

· Knowledge of energy terminology

· Experience working with business clients, manufacturers or contractors

· Ability to work under pressure, maintain multiple projects simultaneously and meet customer deadlines for required deliverables

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
