The Production Technician at Inspired Flight is responsible for the assembly and testing of manufactured products before they are implemented for internal use or sold. Production Technicians build and test assemblies, identify problems and suggest improvements, and inspect and test finished products. This position is at the core of the manufacturing team at Inspired Flight and will be part of rapidly growing company in the growing UAV industry.
Typical responsibilities:
- Build commercial drones and parts in a timely manner
- Hand assembly of mechanical and electrical components in accordance with work instructions
- Run quality-control tests and checks
- Provide regular productivity reports and incident reports if an accident occurs
- Report to the Production Manager for day-to-day tasks

Education/Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of manufacturing or assembly work experience
- Experience preferably in the following industries: aviation, aerospace, defense sector
