We are seeking motivated and reliable Independent Contractor Drivers to join our team in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale area. As an Independent Contractor Driver, you will have the opportunity to set your own schedule and earn a competitive income while using your own vehicle to provide transportation services to our customers.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Transportation Services:** Safely and efficiently transport passengers or goods, depending on the specific job or platform you are contracted with, using your own car.

2. **Customer Service:** Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring passengers or goods are transported with care and professionalism.

3. **Navigation:** Utilize navigation applications on your iPhone or smartphone to plan routes and optimize your driving efficiency.

4. **Safety and Compliance:** Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations, ensuring the safety of both passengers and yourself.

5. **Maintaining Vehicle:** Keep your vehicle in good working condition, performing routine maintenance and cleaning to ensure a comfortable and safe ride for passengers or to protect the goods being transported.

6. **Flexibility:** Set your own working hours and choose the jobs or platforms that fit your schedule and preferences.

7. **Record-Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of your trips, expenses, and income for tax and reporting purposes.

**Qualifications:**

1. **Valid Driver's License:** You must have a valid driver's license for the state of Florida.

2. **Reliable Vehicle:** You will need access to a reliable and well-maintained car for transportation.

3. **Smartphone:** You must own an iPhone or Android smartphone to access necessary navigation and communication applications.

4. **Professionalism:** Maintain a professional appearance and attitude when interacting with customers.

5. **Customer Service Skills:** Strong communication and customer service skills to ensure a positive passenger or client experience.

6. **Independence:** As an Independent Contractor, you should be self-motivated and capable of managing your own schedule and responsibilities.
