SalaryWe are looking for an experienced directional Drill Operators and locators. Qualified candidates will have a minimum 2 year experience. We run newer equipment and have experienced laborers in place. After one season of employment, we offer a unique pay plan that consists of a base wage, plus production. Meaning, the harder you work and more footage you put in, the more money you make. This works out to be one of the highest paid operator positions in the cities. We also offer 401k and health insurance.
If you would prefer a straight hourly wage that is available as well.
