Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 (based on qualifications)
Position Summary
This position is responsible for overseeing our state-of-the-art demonstration facility, managing equipment demonstrations for customers, review printed samples to ensure best quality and accuracy, maintaining relationships with vendors and international demo facilities, and ensuring the efficient operation of our Label demo facility located in Gurnee, IL and our Corrugate demo facility located in Glen Arm, Maryland.

Main Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Organize and conduct digital printing equipment demonstrations for customers, showcasing the capabilities and features of our products.
- Review printed samples to ensure quality and accuracy, providing technical expertise during customer visits.
- Manage relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring timely communication and collaboration.
- Act as a liaison for demo facilities in Mexico, Europe, and Asia, coordinating efforts to share best practices and align global standards.
- Work closely with the service team to troubleshoot and resolve field issues related to digital printing equipment.
- Collaborate with international facilities to address global challenges and share insights.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the demonstration facility team to achieve optimal performance and meet business goals.
- Review timesheets, manage work schedules, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Partner with other departments to resolve issues, gather job details, and enhance communication within the organization.
- Identify and implement improvements to work processes and workflow efficiency.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and production costs to optimize resource utilization.
- Oversee machine maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Oversees the daily workflow of the department employees
What You Need
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or at least 4 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in managing digital printing equipment (demonstration facilities is a plus)
- Strong technical knowledge of digital printing equipment, especially in the label/corrugated market
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation
Skills & Knowledge
- Motivated individual with good communication skills
- Team player that believes safety must always be practiced and be a priority
- An eye for detail will be critical for detecting quality imperfections
- Mentoring skills for training new and inexperienced members of the team
- Understanding of RIP (ESKO) software is a plus
- Communicates well with clients and coworkers
- Works efficiently without being micromanaged
- Strong presentation skills
- Hard-working, dependable and detail oriented, while operating within deadlines
- Ability to process, comprehend and follow detailed instructions

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Apple/Mac knowledge is a plus)

Physical Demands
- Medium work. Medium work involves exserting no more than 50 pounds of force at a time, with frequent exertion of objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Pushing, pulling, stooping, reaching, gross/fine manipulation, driving, kneeling, crawling, and climbing may be required. Physical demand requirements are more than those for Light Work.
