```Duties```
- Oversee the daily operations of the Tool Room, ensuring efficient and effective management of tools and equipment.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures for tool inventory control, including tracking, maintenance, and repair.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify tooling needs and ensure timely availability of tools for production.
- Manage the Tool Room budget, including purchasing and pricing negotiations with suppliers.
- Analyze data related to tool usage, costs, and performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize data collection and analysis tools such as Power BI to generate reports and provide insights on Tool Room operations.
- Implement process improvements to optimize tool utilization, minimize downtime, and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the Tool Room.

```Experience```
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and materials handling techniques.
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and visualization using tools such as Power BI or similar software.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data to drive decision-making and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience in inventory control and managing large tool inventories.
- Proven track record in implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
