  • Creating and executing stewardship plans for all event sponsors.
  • Identifying, soliciting, and managing relationships with community partners for PCYC/Capri-produced events.
  • Working closely with the Communications Director to develop and implement the marketing, advertising, and social media plans for all events.
  • Creating and managing event budgets and ensuring that established revenue goals are met while staying within approved budgets.
  • Planning and executing the annual Gala in coordination with the Development Director, Communication Director, and external event planners, including sponsorship and auction item solicitation, vendor communications, entertainment booking, program writing, volunteer coordination, print and press material creation, and guest tracking and communication.
