Responsibilities:
- Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals seeking shelter
- Conduct intake assessments and safety planning with clients
- Assist clients in accessing community resources and services
- Develop and implement case management plans for clients
- Provide emotional support and advocacy to clients
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and data collection
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a safe and supportive environment
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to monitor progress and address any concerns
- Facilitate group sessions on topics such as conflict management and behavior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in crisis intervention, case management, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and trauma-informed care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- First aid certification is a plus

1 Full-time opening, Monday-Friday 12am-8am-40 hours, Benefits eligible

2 Part-time openings, Every, other Sat/Sun 12am-8am-16 hours

2 Part-time openings, Every, other Sat/Sun 4p-12a-16 hours

1 Part-time opening, Every, other Sat/Sun 11am-7pm

*there is a shift differential for overnight shift

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
