Recruiter: Boutique Domestic Staffing Agency

Our unique staffing agency is growing, and we are ready to add a new team member to our Hamptons division in 2024.

Ideally, we are seeking someone who has relevant experience with upscale clientele, knowledge of the Hamptons and a desire to develop our business in the area.


Overview

The Recruiter is the primary client contact and carries overall responsibility for placement quality and client satisfaction.Successful Recruiters are typically extroverted, attentive and sincere. They are efficient and objective in reading the talents of candidates and understanding the needs and priorities of clients.They are also consummate service professionals, embracing the concerns of their clients and candidates, and working faithfully and tirelessly on behalf of both parties.Like all associates of our agency, Recruiters must also be articulate, possess strong writing and computer skills, and be comfortable using social media.

Primary Duties:

Quickly respond to new client inquiries and referrals.Clearly communicate our value proposition and build client trust by expertly responding to client questions and concerns.

Take new job orders by phone or in person, meet with clients to fully assess their needs and priorities.Coach clients on practices that will contribute to employee performance and retention.

Secure signed Engagement Letters from new clients and address any questions about our terms.

Create a job description for each search and enter the job order into the database.

Consistently and completely interview qualified candidates using the Interview Guide to assess their strengths and optimal fit with clients and roles.

Write introductory paragraphs about new candidates; score them on skills, experience, fit, and finish and document their availability and preferences.

Identify potential candidates for active searches, present candidates to clients, and facilitate the entire referral, interview, and placement process.

Assist clients with HR best practices, including new hire documentation such as trial agreements, offer letters, work agreements, and house rules.

Check in with clients and candidates on their first day and periodically thereafter; counsel clients and candidates through misunderstandings or performance issues; anticipate personality conflicts and other service failures.

Conduct replacement searches, when necessary, consistent with our terms and conditions.

Requirements:

College degree preferred.

5 years of professional sales or relevant service experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong computer skills including Microsoft email and calendar; database (Loxo; Dropbox) search and entry; and Adobe Acrobat for editing documents.

Ability to use social media, including FaceBook and Instagram

Hours and Compensation:

Will consider Part-time or Seasonal schedule.

Position can be flexible, and majority remote, except if meeting clients on site/prospective business associates in person.

Compensation will include Salary Plus Commission.
