We are in search of a Dog Check-in Coordinator and Event Planning Coordinator who combines a passion for animals with initiative, organization, and customer service expertise. Prior experience working with dogs is preferred but not required (love of dogs IS required, though).
Job responsibilities include:
- Must be able to work at least 630am-930am Monday through Friday
- Greeting dogs with enthusiasm and excitement
- Answering phone calls;
- Scheduling grooming, day care, training, and sleepover appointments;
- Responding to client emails and messages;
- Administrative/organizational tasks;
Other Preferred Qualifications/Interests:
While the primary role will be for morning responsibilities with dog Check-in, our hope is the candidate has a passion for marketing and Event Planning and can grow into commission-based additional responsibilities. This will include hunting/marketing for events such as dog Birthday parties, BBQs, and other events. Responsibilities would also include coordinating Staff to work dog events. Incentive pay would be 50% commission based on profit margins.
