Documentation and Training Specialist

All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Documentation and Training Specialist for an immediate opening with a food manufacturing company in Stanwood, WA. We're looking for someone with 3+ years of food manufacturing experience to lead a food safety (HACCP) team. Pay for the Documentation and Training Specialist:

• $23 to $31 per hour

Schedule for the Documentation and Training Specialist:

• Monday – Friday
• Flexible schedule

Documentation and Training Specialist Duties:

• Lead the HACCP team, including developing and implementing the company's HACCP plan
• Supervise quality management systems
• Implement and maintain food safety Documentation and Training
• Maintain & update records
• Train employees across all departments

Documentation and Training Specialist Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology/Food Science or related training
• 3+ years of food manufacturing experience
• Must have strong knowledge of food safety (HACCP) & quality management systems
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Must be able to work independently & collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
• Intermediate/advanced level proficiency in MS Office
• Strong communication skills (both written & verbal)
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Must be able to maintain regular attendance
