Document Processor/Translation (Spanish)
Job Duties
Document Processors\Translation (Spanish) process, store, manage and track documents. Batch, scan, image, quality control and maintain documents, adhering to the company's document lifecycle procedures, and they archive records in accordance with the records retention schedule. Most documents are in Spanish, however all languages are needed. While most documents are in English, many will arrive in the native language of the sender.

Document Processors\Translation must be detail-oriented and able to work with a high volume of documents in a fast-paced environment. They have to be highly organized and process-oriented.
They must have excellent oral and written communications skills in English and in their second language.

They must have knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, grammar, and history.
When processing a translation, they must communicate effectively with others in writing as indicated by the needs of the reader/audience and accurately relay the style or tone so that meaning remains the same when translating from one language to another.
