Our company is seeking to fill a full-time position for a Student Loan Processor. We'll be happy to train the right candidates!
JOB DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Multitasking
- Having strong computer skills
- Handling all inbound/outbound customer related communication via phone and email
- Maintaining professional relationships with clients
- Understanding/identifying client needs and providing adequate customer service
- Locating opportunities in which our company can offer solutions for clients.
- Record keeping using a CRM system/updating with any necessary updates.
- Direct communications with the client via email, phone, and SMS
- Having a coachable attitude
- Being Punctual
- Complying with proper processing procedures and guidelines
