Document Controller.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of crucial documentation. As a Document Controller, you will play a key role in maintaining the record database, creating close-out packages, and collaborating with customers and inspectors to facilitate the seamless provision of required documents.
Responsibilities:
-Review documents for accuracy and completeness, identifying and rectifying errors promptly.
-Create comprehensive close-out packages to ensure all necessary documentation is compiled efficiently.
-Organize and maintain a systematic record database, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval of documents.
-Collaborate with customers and inspectors to gather and provide required documents, facilitating smooth communication and timely delivery.
-Implement and maintain document control procedures to uphold quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
-Work closely with various teams to ensure consistent documentation practices and streamline processes.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
-Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
-Bilingual a plus

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Associates Degree or a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience.
