Position Summary:
The Document Control Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Document Control system within MASS Precision. This role involves implementing and maintaining efficient document management processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a team of Document Control specialists. The Doc Control Supervisor plays a crucial role in organizing, tracking, and maintaining all company documents while ensuring accessibility, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of doc control specialists.
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor the team's performance to ensure timely and accurate completion of Document Control activities.
- Develop and implement Document Control procedures and policies to ensure consistent and effective management of documents.
- Oversee the creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving of documents.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Document Control software and tools.
- Ensure that Document Control processes adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits to verify document accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address any non-compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and optimize the Document Control system to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to streamline Document Control workflows.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to Document Control.
- Communicate Document Control policies and procedures to employees and stakeholders.
- Provide training sessions to staff on Document Control processes and tools.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to document management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Document Control processes with other business functions.
- Participate in project meetings to provide expertise on Document Control requirements.

Education and Training/Experience:

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to Document Control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
