Position Overview: The ECO Analyst is responsible for Document Control and ECO implementation for all customers. Duties
- Analyzing and modifying customer Bill of Material (BOM's) / Approved Vendor List (AVL's)
- Loading and structuring BOM's/AVL's into the MRP system (Agile)
- Reviewing customer data packages to confirm completion
- Processing customer Engineering Change Orders (ECO's), Manufacturing Change Orders (MCO), deviations, and updating internal systems
- Creating and maintaining customer documentation files
- Hold meetings to track progress of all Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)
- Identify and resolve any issues impending the ECRs workflow
- Report weekly metrics to identify ECR, ECO and any actions to the Customer Focus Teams (CFT) & Program Management
- Work closely with Program Managers to close out any actions in regard to each ECR / ECO.
- Assisting other department with documentation related questions/requests
- Performs other duties as assigned
Education And Experience For The ECO Analyst
- High school/G.E.D diploma
- Associates preferred
- Minimum of 2 years in similar occupation preferred.
- Electronics Manufacturing knowledge and understanding
- Process understanding of ECR, ECO, MCO and Deviations
- Must have strong communication and organization skills
- Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office (i.e. Words, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Attention to details is a must
