SalaryDeliverOL is a premier delivery service provider for one of the largest international shipping company in the world (DHL). We provide excellent customer service and brand exposure for our client five to seven days a week.
As a Dock Associate you would follow standard company procedures and safety requirements to pick packages and relocate them to the proper channels. You are responsible for the accurate storing, shipping, and receiving of product to meet company standards or safety, security, and productivity.
This is a split shift opportunity where you have the opportunity to work both or one of the shifts during our AM and PM shift with a break in the middle of the day.
Key Accountabilities:
- Under tight deadlines, offload shipments from a container, scan the freight in as received, label the packages, align the packages to their designated area.
- Picks up and handles time sensitive documents and packages in a safe and punctual manner in order to meet customer and DHL time requirements
- Operates a scanner to record shipping and package information for documents/packages
- Ensure all proper documentation is filled out and brought back to the warehouse as well as analyze international shipping documents for any additional constraints
- Maintains good work habits, including reporting to work on time and adhering to standard work and safety procedures
- Reports any suspected breach of security or unusual happenings to supervisor immediately
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to seventy (75) lbs occasionally
Must be able to lift forty (40) lbs frequently
Must be able to walk, climb stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop and crouch repeatedly
Qualifications
Must be able to pass a 10 year background screening (no infractions of any kind)
Must possess EXCELLENT customer service skills
Must have a reliable means of communication and transportation
Must be reliable (variations in schedule/tardiness/absenteeism are NOT allowed)

Monday - Friday PM Shift 5:30pm - 10pm
Option 3: Part - Time
Sunday: 8am - 12pm
Monday - Friday 5:30pm - 10:00pm
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Austin, TX 78719: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
