As a Title Clerk, you will be responsible for processing and researching automotive titles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements. Your role will involve working closely with customers, conducting research, and providing exceptional customer service.
```Duties```
- Process automotive itles, including reviewing documents and verifying information
- Conduct research to ensure accuracy of title information
- Prepare and maintain title files and records
- Communicate with customers to answer questions and provide updates on title status
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents related to title transfers
- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws and regulations
```Qualifications```
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information System) software is preferred
- Familiarity with real estate law and title processing procedures
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
