District Sales Manager

Starting Salary: $30,000-$40,000

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and close deals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable, as it will allow for effective communication with Spanish-speaking clients
