Strengthens brand equity by developing, leading, and executing fully integrated marketing programsPartners closely with marketing leadership on the development of brand strategies across the companyManages communication of campaign details, rationale, and implementation with agency partnersCollaborates on research and leverages findings to build insights- driven marketing plans, actively looking for improvement against key competitors and category trendsActively develops strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to align on clear goals, accountabilities and outcomes that drive the business; key focus areas energy, alternative fuels, EVCollaborate on the creative process including copy writing, graphic design and digital designDevelop and maintain budget forecasts, trend analysis, and optimizationsCreate actionable reporting around key program trends and key performance indicatorsModel behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest levelEnsure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and proceduresComplete other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, graphic design or related field requiredMaster’s degree or MBA preferredMinimum seven years’ experience in brand management or digital marketing with proven track record of translating brand strategies in effective plans and campaignsCompetenciesAbility to think strategically and navigate complex business challengesAbility to prioritize stakeholder management, can facilitate decision-making and drive results across cross-functional teamsStrong written and verbal communications skills with strong public speaking skillsAbility to analyze data and translate into meaningful informationAbility to generate creative and innovative ideas and translate into actionAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and bring a combination of high energy and sense of urgencyAbility to assume multiple roles and balance multiple projectsAdditional InformationTravelTravel required less than 25%Physical Requirements & Working ConditionsGeneral office work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of time33721
