The Role:

Our District Operations Managers combine a passion for health and fitness with motivational leadership, proficiency in selecting and retaining talented employees, experience with vendor relations and property management, and exceptional customer issue resolution skills to create an environment that will help as many people as possible achieve the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. If you are ambitious and driven, with a track record of successfully operating multiple locations, this position might be a perfect fit for you.

What you will be doing:

· You ensure all company standards for club operations are met and resolve any issues while on site.

· Your previous experiences and background enable you to resolve all escalated member concerns within your market quickly and thoroughly.

· You utilize the resources and systems in place to ensure facility presentation is in full compliance with company standards, including maintenance and cleanliness.

Who we are looking for:

· Someone who is motivated to succeed and move up in the company

· Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 4+ years of Management experience.

· Multi-Unit Management experience.

· Passion for Health & Fitness

· Able to work full-time and drive to different locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
