District Manager (Texas)

DISTRICT MANAGER

This position earns an annual salary starting from $90,000 based on experience and is bonus-eligible. A DAY IN THE LIFE

As the District Manager, you will lead store employees and partner with corporate support to ensure operational expectations are achieved within the district. As a coach, you will direct sales, manage reporting, ensure customer satisfaction, and oversee site safety and store appearance within your assigned district.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DISTRICT MANAGER

• Located in the Texas region (remote capable)
• 2+ years of P&L and customer service leadership experience
• 3+ years of management experience
• Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation and willing to travel at least 50% of the time (vehicle allowance is provided)
• Must be able to work weekends or extended hours as needed
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new applications
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite

Experience with sales and collections, as well as CRM software will be beneficial in this role. A self-storage or commercial retail background is also a plus.

WORK SCHEDULE

This position is full-time and remote capable. Our typical office hours are between 8:30am - 6:00pm. Most of our stores are closed on Sundays. Join us in shaping success throughout the week, Monday to Saturday, with a forward-thinking approach and dedication to excellence!
