Job Description
- Management and Administration:
- Serve as a valuable interface between the Brand Ambassadors and national field sales team leaders.
- Be responsible for driving demo execution results with a strong hands-on management approach.
- Measure effectiveness of the Brand Ambassadors by analyzing in-store sales data/trends and other KPIs, implementing corrective measures as required.
- Oversee the scheduling and coverage of your regions to ensure proper execution of territory demonstration plans.
- Recruiting and Coaching:
- Recruit, hire, train and manage a highly motivated and energetic Brand Ambassador team in accordance with company recruitment and selection guidelines.
- Provide in-person training, on-going development, and direction to a Brand Ambassadors team of up to 25 members.
- Become the Nulo expert for your district, be able to answer questions and train others about the company values and the many benefits our pet foods have to offer.
- National Account Growth Management:
- Work closely with the Regional Manager on field strategies, and on identifying ideas and events to build brand awareness within our national accounts.
YOU BRING:
- 3+ years of infield event leadership and experience for a consumer goods company or lifestyle brand.
- Experience developing strong business relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational, planning and project management competencies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- A passion for dogs and cats.
- Extremely flexible and enjoy a ‘high-change’ environment where priorities shift often.
- The drive to deliver results paired with a continuous sense of urgency.
- An ability to relate to our active lifestyle positioning and our ‘food as fuel’ philosophy.
- Availability to work on weekends regularly, following a standard schedule from Thursday to Monday.
- Home office required and ability to travel out of home market up to 30%
