INTERESTED APPLICANTS: This position requires you to have served as a District Manager, area manager, area director, director of operations, or similar role in a quick service restaurant brand with a drive-thru for at least three years (Wendy's, Burger King, McDonald's, Chick-Fil-A, Taco Bell, Arby's, Sonic, KFC highly desired).
Requires 75% travel between five to eight restaurants in a single geographic area.
AREA DIRECTOR:
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 + competitive bonus structure + travel allowance + cell phone allowance

As an Area Director, you will oversee our management staff and develop top talent within our restaurants. You will make sure to communicate between your teams and the support center, so everyone stays in the loop. You will focus on daily sales, marketing plans, and restaurant operations, including cost of goods sold, labor, and guest relations. This role lays the foundation for high-performing restaurants and happy, motivated crew members.

As a Candidate, you have three years’ experience working as a multi-unit leader (Area Director, District Manager, Area Supervisor, Area Manager, Director of Operations) at quick service restaurant with a drive-thru (Wendy's, McDonalds, Burger King, Arby's, Taco Bell, etc.).
You have a strong background in restaurant operations leading teams in achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness. You have a passion for developing a bench of qualified leaders and strive for excellence.
