You will report to the Inland Lubricants Sales Director.
You will work for our Marketing and Services branch which is responsible to help our business and retail customers to optimize their transportation experience and operations through our wide range of products and services.
You are responsible for the Management of a Salesteam -Salesreps : 8 dedicated for the distributors Network NationWide. Propose new Distributors and Focus to improve the US Distributors Network with the Target profitability. Focus on Synthetic passenger car engine oils, heavy-duty diesel engine oils, greases, transmission fluids. Effectively manage the supplier-customer relationship.
As part of your missions, you are in charge of:
- Apply and enforce the TotalEnergies Lubricants USA RoadMap
- Make sure the Salesreps reach their objectives & goals - provide monthly Results & SRV
- Manage and Coach on a regular basis his Salesreps team
- Make sure all the distributors have signed the TotalEnergies Premium Club
- Control and manage the sales activity through daily connection on Salsa (National Parameters, Prospection, ...)
- Manage the development of the profitability and portfolio of his team by using his delegations and the AllIn tool
- Support his team for the development of the Product-mix aligned with the TEMUSA strategy
- Work closely with the marketing team for Tools & program for the Distributors (active member of the Distributor Committee)
- Support his team to build positive customer relationships by being responsive and reliable.
- Report Weekly and Monthly the results to his management (Inland Sales Director)
- Represent the company on events, shows, ...
- Secure field intelligence regarding price movement, competitive programs, industry environment, etc.(Pricinsight tools)

Candidate profile
- A University degree in business is preferred.
- Background in Sales, possibly in the automotive or lubricants industry.
- Good sense of Customer Service, Well Organized, Excellent Written and Verbal Skills
- Well organized person with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Capable of defining a strategy and reporting the sales results . Travel up to 80%

This position is located in Linden, New Jersey with travelling in different states to meet with your team members and travelling expected as well to meet with customers.
