Veltiste Wellness is an ambitious cannabis start-up led by industry veterans, with multiple licenses in Michigan & IL.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

The Dispensary Associate welcomes and serves all guests with extraordinary customer service. They are well versed in cannabis and can recommend products for a variety of conditions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Cross-trained in all areas of operations including reception, POS, and fulfillment.
• Educating customers on the different methods of consumption, cannabinoids and terpenes.
• Builds meaningful relationships with guests.
• Following SOP's to ensure compliance with local, state and corporate policies.
• Knowledgeable in cannabis regulations.
• Utilizing sales strategies to achieve KPI's.
• Is fully proficient in all technology and software used to operate the dispensary.
• Provide support to Leads in opening and closing the store.
• Answering phones and emails.
• Working well as part of a team and contributing to an engaging and respectful workplace.
• Maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming environment for guests.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• 1+ years in customer service preferred.
• 1+ years register experience preferred.
• 1+ years sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 or older.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
