Job Position: Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative
This is a fulltime position as Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative, supporting our field technicians, scheduling appointments, dispatching, and providing 100% customer satisfaction. You will be the voice of the business, building and representing yourself and the company with each call. This position can be fast-paced and requires top-notch communication skills and attention to detail. There is ample room for career growth at Lowen Air Conditioning.
Work Includes:
- Servicing our customers with honesty, integrity, and pride
- Must be professional and courteous
- Schedule, dispatch, and ensure service technicians have efficient workflow that is well-coordinated. Coordination will be accomplished by good communication with managers and customers
- Follow-up on all recommended service work and route accordingly
- Setup Schedules for same day and future work for technicians and reschedule work as needed.
- Answer all incoming calls and route appropriately
- Ensure equipment and parts for upcoming work orders is allocated
- Debrief technicians and route follow up work
- Maintain customer database with current information
- File permit applications
- Any other clerical duties assigned
Skills:
- Team player that works proactively with others and alone
- Knowledge of the industry is recommended, but not required
- Dispatching or logistics experience is required
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction
- Must be able to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Must have the ability to convey confident and decisive messages
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Solid problem solving and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills a must; well versed in Microsoft Word and Excel applications, and the use of CRM and dispatching software
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years dispatching and customer service experience in related service field of Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, or construction industries
- High School diploma or GED
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Successfully complete a background check
- Successfully complete a drug test for illegal substances
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
