Dispatcher/Customer Service

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative. As a Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and assist customers with questions regarding HVAC services that we provide and schedule accordingly.

- Contact existing customers by phone and mail regarding services due.

- Occasionally assist walk in customers.

- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with clients

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
