Key Responsibilities of a Full-Time Sales Associate:
- Consistently meet deadlines
- Utilize all available resources to improve performance and to educate yourself further
- Assist in the implementation of visual guidelines, window changes, and maintaining store appearance
- Adhere to personal presentation guidelines
- Consistently deliver World Class Service and use proper phone etiquette
- Implement your personal PRIDE Performance Plan
- Meet and exceed individual sales plans
- Assist in protecting company assets including accurate inventory and cash management
Job Requirements:
- Prior sales experience in a retail environment preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Stable prior employment history
- The physical demand of up to 40 lbs

Pay: $37,000.00 - $40,000.00 per hour
