Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator / HVAC Service Dispatcher
Location: Charleston, SC.
Pay Rate: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, dependent upon experience
Work Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, some overtime as needed
What you will be doing:
- Answering incoming calls
- Customer service with homeowners and commercial customers
- Scheduling service calls & dispatching technicians
- Coordinate and schedule planned maintenance accounts
- Maintaining customer database with current information
- Calling customers with lead time for service
- Scheduling return trips
- Logging warranties and rebates
- Working independently and as a team
- Daily use of ServiceTitan, our cloud-based CRM software
Qualifications / Skills:
- Impeccable Customer Service skills
- 2 + years related experience in an office setting in Customer Service, dispatching, project coordination or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Sales experience
- Intermediate to Advanced Computer skills
- Microsoft Office software skills
- Data Entry skills of 40 WPM +
- Organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Service Scheduling / Coordinating experience desired
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry is recommended but not required
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
