We are a Premier Level Trane Comfort Specialist and offer company-paid dealer training, in-house training, and NATE certifications. We also cover your license fees and training and any additional development training that you may be interested in.

Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator / HVAC Service Dispatcher

Location: Charleston, SC.

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, dependent upon experience

Work Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, some overtime as needed

What you will be doing:

• Answering incoming calls
• Customer service with homeowners and commercial customers
• Scheduling service calls & dispatching technicians
• Coordinate and schedule planned maintenance accounts
• Maintaining customer database with current information
• Calling customers with lead time for service
• Scheduling return trips
• Logging warranties and rebates
• Working independently and as a team
• Daily use of ServiceTitan, our cloud-based CRM software

Qualifications / Skills:

• Impeccable Customer Service skills
• 2 + years related experience in an office setting in Customer Service, dispatching, project coordination or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Sales experience
• Intermediate to Advanced Computer skills
• Microsoft Office software skills
• Data Entry skills of 40 WPM +
• Organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Service Scheduling / Coordinating experience desired
• Knowledge of the HVAC industry is recommended but not required
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
