The Dispatcher plays a key role in coordinating service and maintenance schedules for the Easy Ice Field Service Technicians and our customers. Therefore, we are looking for someone who enjoys interacting on the phone with people and providing excellent customer service while being able to coordinate who at Easy Ice aligns is available and near the customer requesting service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and maintain preventative maintenance schedule
- Coordinate work order schedule with Technicians and Customers
- Maintain inventory and parts that the Field Technicians use
- Follow up with customers regarding maintenance
- Customer satisfaction monitoring
- Other duties as assigned
- Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential
- Sedentary, sitting, walking, occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending, frequent near vision use for reading and computer use
- Sits for extended periods of time
- Must have sufficient visual acuity to be able to work, for prolonged periods of time, on a computer monitor
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Customer Service experience is required
