Answers telephones, screens calls and forwards messages.
May handle calendaring, travel arrangements and coordination of day-to-day activities.
Type correspondence, documents and spreadsheets. Input data into databases.
Communicate effectively with clients and collect information accurately to create work orders.
Provide quality customer service and respond to inquiries/requests for service in a courteous manner.
Create, maintain, and monitor daily schedules for dispatching to our technicians; modify and update schedules.
Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences.
Maintain daily schedules and dispatch work orders to our technicians, as directed by the Dispatch Manager.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Limited experience performing office support activities required.
Valid driver’s license
Must be able to type 60 WPM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
